Our fees are in 3 parts:

1). A Registration Fee of £650 when you instruct us to work for you and sign our Agreement Form.

2). A fee of 1.5% of the purchase price of the property you have bought subsequent to us having found it for you. This is subject to a minimum of £3,000 and is paid on completion of the purchase. At this point the Registration Fee is re-funded.

3). Reasonable travelling expenses to/from and within France associated with us accompanying you when you view the selected properties. This service, as described earlier, is optional and the cost would clearly depend upon the location within France and the degree of involvement required and would be agreed in advance.

All fees are subject to VAT.
